STATEMENT OF BIBLICAL AUTHORITY

The Christian faith and practice believe that God has spoken to the world through Jesus Christ, which is correctly and confidently revealed in the Christian Bible. The Bible is the inspired, infallible, sufficient Word of God. It is the guidance for life, faith and morals. Though the various doctrinal statements of the Church reflect summaries of the bible, it is the Christian Bible we are submitted to.

STATEMENT OF BASIC BELIEF

The below statement represents the Church biblical perspective.

We believe... 

The Scriptures are true, authoritative and sufficient. 
There is only one God. 
The Father is God. The Son is God. The Holy Spirit is God.
Humanity (Christ excluded), by birth and action a sinner. 
Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God, was born of a virgin and is both fully God and fully human 
Jesus Christ died as my substitute to pay the penalty for my sin Jesus Christ physically rose from the dead 
Jesus Christ physically ascended into heaven and will one day physically return 
Only by trusting in the person and work of Jesus Christ alone can I be reconciled to God and experience true life and joy
